Move-out cleaning callbacks on this site collect only what a crew needs to call you back. This page says what that is, where it goes, and that the address book is not sold.

What is collected

The form asks two yes-or-no questions. One is whether the property is a vacant move-out in Tennessee. On the home page and the service page the second question is whether the job is a vacant home, apartment, condo, or short-term rental rather than routine maid service. On a county or campus page the second question is the local question printed on that page.

If both answers are in spec, you add a phone number and an email. Those are required because the button is a callback. Under “I already have this” you can add property type, square footage, a preferred move-out day, and special work: oven, fridge, or carpet steam. Leave that block closed and the request still sends with the phone and the email.

We also store which page you sent from, so a Davidson inspection is not treated like a downtown guest turn. Submissions that fill a field people are not asked to fill are dropped. There is no account and no password.

Where it goes

A request that passes the questions is sent to a residential cleaning company, a move-out crew, or a property turnaround firm. They receive the phone number, the email, the answers, and any notes you opened, and they use them to call you about that job. The message leaves this site’s server. It is not published on the site.

This host does not publish its own phone number or email address. If you need a change, send another callback and say what to correct. We do not run a separate inbox on this site.

The address book is not sold

The address book is not sold. Your number is not placed on a list for rent, and it is not traded as a contact file. One callback is delivered to a company that can do the vacant-unit job. That delivery is the point of the form. It is not a license to resell your details as a directory.

Out-of-spec answers are not delivered. If you say the property is outside Tennessee, or that the job is routine maid service while someone still lives there, the form stops and does not invite you to send it anyway. A house in Tennessee is in spec. A hotel, a plant, or a commercial site is not.

Questions people ask before they book

  1. Q1. What is collected?

Your phone number, your email, the two yes-or-no answers, and the page you sent from. If you open the extra notes, we also collect property type, square footage, a preferred move-out day, and whether you need the oven, the fridge, or carpet steam.

  2. Q2. Where does a request go?

To a residential cleaning company, a move-out crew, or a property turnaround firm so they can call you back about that Tennessee job. It is sent from this site’s server as a message to that company. It is not posted on the page.

  3. Q3. Is the address book sold?

No. The address book is not sold. A single callback is delivered so a crew can respond to the job you described. It is not added to a list that gets rented out.
